 Robert Bennett is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Mill Plain Properties, LLC. Prior to forming Mill Plain Properties, Mr. Bennett was Vice President for Acquisitions at a nationally recognized real estate investment firm. In this capacity, he was charged with identifying, structuring and closing housing development transactions throughout the United States. Previously, from 1988 to 1998, Mr. Bennett was a Vice President at Chrysler Capital Realty, Inc., the real estate investment subsidiary of Chrysler Corporation. At Chrysler he focused on, among other things, investing in tax advantaged real estate investments. Mr. Bennett has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including development, construction, lending and real estate workouts. Mr. Bennett received his Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University and has extensive experience in affordable housing finance and development. |
